REFOX Bitmap Software Agreement and Service Terms

Welcome to REFOX Bitmap!
Please read and abide by this "REFOX Bitmap Software License and Service Terms" (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") for your REFOX Bitmap use. Please be sure to review and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially the terms of the Privacy and Order Cancellation Policy. These terms describe the terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of REFOX Bitmap software; your download, installation, account registration, login and use, etc. are deemed to have been read and accepted by you.
1. Acquisition of REFOX Bitmap software
1.1 You can access to REFOX Bitmap software directly from REFOX's website or from third parties which are authorized by REFOX.
1.2 If you obtain the REFOX Bitmap software or the installation program with the same name from a third party that is not authorized by REFOX, REFOX cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally, and will not be liable for any loss caused by this behavior.
2. Installation and removing of REFOX Bitmap software
2.1 After downloading the installer from the REFOX official website, you only need to follow the steps guided by the program to install it correctly.
2.2 REFOX Bitmap software only supports Windows systems but not other systems.

3. Account activation of REFOX Bitmap software

4. Update of REFOX Bitmap software

We will protect your personal information through measures such as management, technical and procedural security, earnestly fulfill our obligations to protect customer information, and do our best to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or data loss.
6. Order Cancellation
We do not accept refund requests after your subscription, except that the REFOX Bitmap software is not compatible with the device and therefore cannot be used. Refunds under the above exceptions can only be returned to the original payment account.
7. Relevant rights of REFOX Bitmap software
- 7.1 We legally own the copyright to the REFOX Bitmap software and are fully protected by the law. If a third-party circuit diagram is used in the REFOX Bitmap software, please abide by the third-party's use restrictions on its circuit diagram when using it;
- 7.2 REFOX Bitmap software and its related information, including software code, text, data, especially the bitmap, etc., are owned by REFOX. - 7.3 Except for the REFOX Bitmap software displaying the REFOX logo during the normal use of the software in the process, the other purpose of using REFOX is strictly prohibited without our written consent.
8. Force Majeure
- 8.1 Unstable network and low wifi bandwidth may cause account login failure and slow page opening.
- 8.2 During the use of REFOX Bitmap software and its services, risk factors such as force majeure may be encountered, which may interrupt the service.
